Free Licence
By downloading, installing and/or embedding font software (“Font”) offered by Almarena Creative, you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this End User Licensing Agreement (“EULA”):
1. Rights Granted
Almarena Creative grants Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferrable license to, for internal testing purposes or student projects only, use the Font to create graphics, link the Webfont to webpages using the @font-face selector in CSS files, and embed the Font into applications or ebooks.
2. Requirements and Restrictions
Licensee agrees to abide by the following requirements and restrictions: a. Licensee may not create products with the Font to be used commercially, or personally. Products created with the Font are for testing and evaluation purposes only. b. Licensee may not embed the fonts in any products or webpages that are publicly accessible without prior written consent from Almarena Creative.
3. Provision to Third Parties
Licensee may NOT provide the Font to a producer, publisher or other agent who is working on behalf of the Licensee except by embedding or linking in accordance with this EULA.
4. Term
This EULA grants the rights set forth in Paragraph 1 for a period of 30 days after the purchase date on the receipt unless and until the EULA terminates under Paragraph 8.
5. Other Usage
This EULA is a «demo license». Licenses for Desktop use, @font-face embedding, computer applications and games, installable interactive books, software, mobile applications and games, Ebooks and Epubs, product creation websites, website template distribution, website templates, and other uses not allowed by this Agreement may be available for an additional fee. 6. Modifications
Licensee may not modify the Font or create derivative works based upon the Font without prior written consent from Almarena Creative EXCEPT THAT Licensee may generate files necessary for embedding or linking in accordance with this EULA.
7. Copyrights
The Font is protected by copyright law. Almarena Creative is the sole, exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights, including rights under copyright and trademark law. Licensee agrees not to use the Font in any manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of the Foundry or violates the terms of this EULA. Licensee will be held legally responsible, and indemnifies Almarena Creative, for any infringements on the foundry’s rights caused by failure to abide by the terms of this EULA.
8. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. If Licensee fails to comply with any term of this EULA, Almarena Creative may terminate the EULA with 30 days notice. This EULA will terminate automatically 30 days after the issuance of such notice.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, THE PRODUCT, IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. Almarena Creative MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Product rests upon Licensee. Neither Almarena Creative nor the Foundry warrants that the functions contained in the Product will meet Licensee’s requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free.
Almarena Creative SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT EVEN IF Almarena Creative HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to Licensee.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of France.
10. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between Almarena Creative and Licensee.
11. Modification
The Parties may modify or amend this EULA in writing.
12. Waiver
The waiver of one breach or default hereunder shall not constitute the waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
Global Licence
Almarena Foundry grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable license to use the Digital Typeface, subject to compliance with all the terms of this EULA (End User License Agreement), for the number of employees specified in your license.
Authorized users within the company may install and use one copy of the Digital Typeface, provided that the total number of employees benefiting from the use of this typeface does not exceed the limit specified in the purchased license.Please note that for a company with multiple employees, the license calculation is based on the total number of employees in the company, even if only one person or a small portion of the company actually uses the typeface.
The Digital Typeface may not be installed or used on any computer or server that is publicly accessible via the Internet or any other external network.
You agree not to distribute or share all or part of the Digital Typeface through any online service. For any use falling under a Server License, the acquisition of the appropriate Server License is required in addition to this End User License Agreement.
The purchase of any Almarena Foundry Webfont may only be made through an authorized and secure service distributing Almarena Foundry Webfonts. Any conversion of an Almarena Foundry typeface into a Webfont is prohibited and not covered by this license.
Any digital file, EPS file, illustration, or derivative work of our Digital Typeface must be used in accordance with the terms of the original license and may not be sublicensed, given, or sold without our prior written permission.
ANY SPECIFIC LICENSE OR UPGRADE THAT MAY BE PURCHASED ON https://almarenafoundry.com OR BY CONTACTING ALMARENA FOUNDRY WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES (WITHOUT LIMITATION):
- If the company’s total number of employees exceeds the limit stated on your license invoice.
- If the Digital Typeface is used for the creation of logos, trademarks, monograms, or any other distinctive sign.
- If the Digital Typeface is intended to be broadcast on television, platforms, cinema, or paid media.
- If the Digital Typeface is used on a product intended for sale.

1. Backup & transfer
For backup purposes only, additional copies of the Digital Typeface may be made. The Digital Typeface or its documentation may not be resold, rented, sublicensed, or lent to another person or entity.
In the event of termination of this Agreement, you must destroy the original and all copies of the Digital Typeface. Any sharing, lending, renting, selling, or other unauthorized use of a backup copy constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate termination of this License.
Any transfer to a third party requires a specific agreement with Almarena Foundry.
2. Typeface Credits
The end user of this License agrees to make every effort to credit Almarena Foundry in accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code, international conventions, and copyright regulations, by stating: font name, ©Almarena Foundry, in the colophon and/or wherever the printer’s name and general credits usually appear.
3. Collaboration with Clients or Third Parties
If you purchase a license as a graphic design studio, design agency, or advertising agency, the end user (your client) must also acquire the corresponding license for their number of employees using the Digital Typeface.
If you purchase a license on behalf of your client, the client must accept the corresponding license agreement before any download and installation of the relevant Digital Typefaces.
Furthermore, any project of your agency or studio carried out on behalf of your clients requires you to acquire the corresponding license for your own employees, even if the project is intended for your clients.
In all such cases, new corresponding licenses or specific upgrades must be purchased on https://almarenafoundry.com or by contacting us directly.The original license does not cover use by temporary employees or independent contractors using the Digital Typeface.
Licensed users are not allowed to send documents to third parties including the Digital Typeface file within the document content. Any document sent to a third party must be vectorized or embedded as an image (.PNG, .JPG, .TIFF, etc.) or in a secure PDF, and only for your personal or professional use.
4. Embedding
Embedding the Digital Typeface in electronic documents, applications, digital publications, mobile applications, broadcast content, web pages, or devices is only permitted as a subset of the Digital Typeface, provided that the document, application, or device is distributed in a secure format allowing only reading and printing, without text modification (read-only).
This use is strictly limited to your personal or internal company use.
Any recipient of an electronic document allowing text editing with the Digital Typeface must belong to the company covered by the license.
5. Server use
The Digital Typeface may not be installed or used on any internal or external server publicly accessible via the Internet or any other external or internal network.
The Digital Typeface must be installed on a secure server ensuring that no remote user can access or download the Digital Typeface files in any way.
6. Liability and Termination of the EULA
The end user agrees to take all necessary measures to prevent any unauthorized access to the Digital Typeface and any copy thereof.
The end user also agrees to inform their employees or anyone with access to the Digital Typeface to strictly comply with the terms of this End User License Agreement.This Agreement will be automatically terminated if the end user breaches any clause.
Notwithstanding termination of this License, Almarena Foundry expressly reserves the right to assert any other claim (such as requests for information, damages, etc.).This End User License Agreement may only be modified by a written document signed by an authorized representative of Almarena Foundry.
In case of non-compliance with this Agreement by the end user, Almarena Foundry reserves the right to immediately terminate the License without any financial compensation.
In this case, the end user must return to Almarena Foundry the Digital Typefaces, their components, and digital data, and destroy all copies in their possession within seven (7) days from the termination date, thus prohibiting any further use.
At Almarena Foundry’s request, the end user must provide written confirmation of the deletion carried out.
7. Warranties and disclaimer
The Digital Typeface is provided “as is.” Almarena Foundry makes no warranty regarding the quality, performance, or suitability of the Digital Typeface for any particular purpose, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.All risks related to the quality and performance of the Digital Typeface lie with the user.
Almarena Foundry does not warrant that the features contained in the Digital Typeface will meet the user’s requirements.
Any implied warranty created by law is valid for a period of thirty (30) days. After this period, no warranty may be invoked.Almarena Foundry shall not be held liable for any damage caused or suffered by the end user and/or third parties resulting from misuse of the Digital Typeface.
Almarena Foundry reserves the right to modify this End User License Agreement (EULA) at any time and without notice, to adapt it to future business and technical developments.
8. Licenses – Rules & Restrictions
This EULA is available in five (5) different licenses, each granting varying rights depending on the number of employees of the entity using the Almarena Foundry typeface:
- Individual / Freelancer – Desktop / Web / Social Media / Application License
- Small business (2-9 employees) – Desktop / Web / Social Media / Application License
- Medium business (10-49 employees) – Desktop / Web / Social Media / Application License
- Large business (50-249 employees) – Desktop / Web / Social Media / Application License
- Major Company (250+ employees) – Desktop / Web / Social Media / Application License
9. Levels of Desktop – Web – Social Media – Application Licenses (Level 1 to Level 5)
The Desktop – Web – Social Media – Application licenses grant you the right to use the acquired Digital Typeface (running on Mac OS, Windows, or equivalent) for commercial use: office, web, and print.
Exceptions: Creation of logos, trademarks, monograms, or any other distinctive sign, as well as any broadcast on television, platforms, cinema, or paid media.
Any use of the Digital Typeface on a product intended for sale also requires a specific license. Please contact Almarena Foundry at: hello@almarenafoundry.com
This license is valid for the Digital Typeface and the number of employees indicated on the purchase invoice, according to the levels specified in section 8.
Logo Licence
1. Rights Granted
- Media of use – The font may only be used to create the visual identity of the licensed brand. This license does not include the use of the font on the web, an application, or any other medium not related to the creation of a logo. An extended license may be available for an additional fee.
- Users and deployment – The Font may only be used simultaneously by the number of users specified in the license. A “user” is a single person or machine, at the discretion of the licensee. All users must belong to the same company or household that purchases the font, except in the case of temporary use by third parties, as described in section 3 “Third-party provision” of this EULA. The font may be installed on a server for the purpose of deployment to licensed users, with all the restrictions on use listed above still applying.
- Document integration (including PDF, Microsoft Word® and Microsoft Powerpoint®). Documents embedding the font and sent to third parties must be read-only by these recipients.
